Lucy joined Tumblar as Operations Manager 2 years ago and played a pivotal role in the company’s transformation, into a growth-oriented, future fit business, with recent recognition as a Finalist of the Westpac Champion Business Awards.  

Lucy and Tumblar were a great match from the start – Kiwi heritage, a diverse range of products and always trying to re-invest itself to meet customer needs, attracted her to joining Tumblar.

Lucy comes from a strong and diverse FMCG manufacturing background, covering a wide range of industries including food, advanced materials and chemical production in both Europe and Asia Pacific. Lucy has worked with a number of leading global manufacturers such as Cadbury, Finsbury Food Group, and Morgan, which further enhanced her skillset as a high caliber leader.    

As our resident Mechanical Engineer, Lucy has been responsible for running our factory and teams on schedule and to budget, which she smashed across all metrics! 

She is truly a great inspirational example of #womeninmanufacturing who is honest, authentic and passionate about her team and company , and is able to apply her engineering master skillset from running something down the line, to a company leader, empowering us to achieve great things.

We are thrilled with Lucy’s appointment and look forward to her engineering and managerial expertise to champion Tumblar’s legacy, and to further cement and amplify on-going success of our organization.
